The closest airport is Florence, which is approx. 25 minutes by train. Regular bus and taxi services also run between Florence and Prato.
Prato is also accessible from Bologna, which is approx. 50 minutes by train.

We have reserved blocks of rooms at two hotels, the
Hotels are located within a 5-minute walk from the conference venue. As mentioned in our earlier correspondence, we will cover two nights accommodation (Oct 10th and 11th), with breakfast included on both mornings of your stay. In the coming weeks we will let you know which hotel you are staying in. In the meantime, could you please let us know whether you will be travelling alone or with a partner so that we may allocate single or double rooms accordingly? Can you also please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements so that we may pass this information on to the hotel and conference catering company.
